    • Availability: All items available on Premier Carts are eligible for Standard Shipping.

    • Delivery Time: 1 business day

    • Cost: Premium rates apply, calculated at checkout.

    • Availability: Select items only. Please check product details for eligibility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the following factors:

    • Weight of the package.

    • Destination of the shipment.

    • Shipping method selected.

You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    • You can track your order status through the “Order History” section of your account on www.premiercarts.store.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

    • Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or manufacturer policies. These will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately:

Damaged or Missing Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

    • For missing items, verify your order confirmation and contact us with your order details.
